Molding and Processing System

Molding is the core process in bumper manufacturing, primarily involving two methods: injection molding and thermoforming.
Injection molding utilizes large injection molding equipment and precision molds.  Molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity under high temperature and pressure conditions, and then cooled to form the final product. The injection molding unit in the production line is equipped with a closed-loop control system, which precisely manages key parameters such as injection speed, holding pressure, melt temperature, and mold temperature to ensure the bumper's internal structure is stable, the surface is smooth, and the dimensions are accurate.
Thermoforming uses plastic sheets as raw material. After heating and softening, the sheets are pressed into a mold to form the final product. This method is suitable for bumpers with high production rate requirements or relatively flat structures. This process plays a crucial role in lightweight bumper manufacturing, offering advantages such as high production speed and high material utilization.
To ensure stable molding of each product, the molding area is usually equipped with an automatic demolding system, robotic arm picking device, and cooling management module, which improves efficiency and ensures operational safety.
