Product Introduction

The regenerative catalytic combustion device is directly applied to the purification of organic waste gas with medium to high concentrations (1000 mg/m³-10000 mg/m³). RCO treatment technology is particularly suitable for applications requiring high heat recovery rates, and also for situations where the waste gas composition frequently changes or the waste gas concentration fluctuates significantly due to different products on the same production line. It is especially suitable for enterprises requiring heat energy recovery or for drying line waste gas treatment, allowing energy recovery to be used in the drying line, thus achieving energy saving.
Regenerative catalytic combustion treatment technology is a typical gas-solid phase reaction, essentially a deep oxidation process involving active oxygen. In the catalytic oxidation process, the adsorption effect on the catalyst surface enriches the reactant molecules on the catalyst surface, and the catalyst's effect of lowering the activation energy accelerates the oxidation reaction and increases the reaction rate. Under the action of a specific catalyst, organic matter undergoes flameless oxidative combustion at a lower ignition temperature (250-300℃), oxidizing and decomposing into CO2 and water, and releasing a large amount of heat energy.
The RCO device mainly consists of several systems: the furnace body, catalytic heat storage body, combustion system, automatic control system, and automatic valves. In the industrial production process, the discharged organic tail gas enters the rotary valve of the equipment through an induced draft fan. The rotary valve completely separates the inlet and outlet gases. The gas first passes through ceramic material layer 1 for preheating, where heat is stored and exchanged, and its temperature almost reaches the temperature set for catalytic oxidation in the catalytic layer. At this time, some pollutants are oxidized and decomposed: the waste gas continues to be heated in the heating zone (electric heating or natural gas heating can be used) and maintained at the set temperature: it then enters the catalytic layer to complete the catalytic oxidation reaction, that is, the reaction generates CO2 and H2O, and releases a large amount of heat, achieving the expected treatment effect. The gas after catalytic oxidation enters ceramic material layer 2, recovers heat energy, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the rotary valve. The temperature of the purified exhaust gas is only slightly higher than the temperature before waste gas treatment. The system operates continuously and switches automatically. Through the operation of the rotary valve, all ceramic packing layers complete the heating, cooling, and purification cycle steps, and heat is recovered.

No. Modern dust removal equipment is typically equipped with a fully automatic control system that enables scheduled cleaning, pressure differential feedback cleaning, and remote monitoring. Operators only need to regularly inspect the equipment's operating status and clean the dust collection box, significantly reducing manual intervention. Filter media replacement is also very simple, resulting in low O&M costs.

  
Will the dust collection system cause excessive noise or air loss?
Noise control and airflow optimization are incorporated into the equipment design. The fan is designed to be low-noise and can be fitted with a soundproof enclosure to effectively control operating noise.
