In catalytic combustion, the catalyst lowers the activation energy and concentrates reactant molecules on its surface, thereby increasing reaction efficiency. With the help of a catalyst, organic waste gases can undergo flameless combustion at lower ignition temperatures, oxidizing and decomposing into CO2 and H2O.

▶ Purification Principle
The rotary wheel consists of a rotating wheel filled with adsorbent material, divided into three zones: adsorption zone, regeneration zone, and cooling zone. Organic waste gas is introduced into the adsorption zone by a blower, where the organic pollutants are adsorbed, and the purified gas is discharged. Subsequently, the adsorbent rotates to the regeneration zone, where the VOCs are desorbed upon contact with high-temperature air and carried away by the regeneration air stream, while the adsorbent is regenerated. The regenerated adsorbent is then cooled in the cooling zone before rotating back to the adsorption zone for re-adsorption. As the wheel rotates, the adsorbent periodically undergoes adsorption, desorption, and cooling, achieving the purification of organic waste gas.
