Product Introduction

The exhaust gas undergoes a primary heat exchange, and the heat provided by the combustion unit, combined with the heat released from the oxidation and decomposition of the solvent itself, raises the temperature inside the furnace to 750-800℃, where it remains for 1-2 seconds, ultimately achieving a destruction efficiency of 99.8%.

Preheating Device:
The oxidation furnace needs to be heated to over 700 degrees Celsius to start the oxidation reaction. The system requires a large amount of heat, and by using a preheating heat exchanger and utilizing the heat from the high-temperature exhaust gas at the outlet of the oxidation furnace, fuel consumption can be significantly reduced.
Automatic Temperature Control:
The temperature for the oxidation reaction can be set as needed, and the PLC automatically adjusts the burner output to maintain the temperature based on the furnace temperature.

How do we choose the right type of dust removal equipment?
