Wet Electrostatic Precipitator

Wet electrostatic precipitator technology applies tens of thousands of volts of DC high voltage between the anode plates and cathode wires. Under the action of a strong electric field, dust particles in the flue gas are charged. The charged dust particles are adsorbed onto the plates and wires under the action of electrostatic force. Finally, the water film or water mist formed on the plates and wires by the flushing system washes the dust into the collection hopper, thus purifying the flue gas.
Wet electrostatic precipitators are used to treat saturated wet flue gas and other high-humidity flue gases from wet desulfurization processes, effectively removing fine dust (PM2.5), SO3, fine droplets, heavy metals, etc., and significantly reducing the corrosion of the clean flue and chimney by the flue gas.
