Pneumatic Abrasive Blasting Room with Dust Recovery System

The main principle of the pneumatic sandblasting room is as follows: it utilizes honeycomb-type sand recovery floor technology and the principle of pneumatic conveying.  Air pressure generated by a fan is used to recover the abrasive material, which is then transported through pipes to a sand-dust separator for separation. The separated usable abrasive material automatically falls into the sandblasting pressure tank, participating in the next sandblasting cycle. The separated broken abrasive material, dust, and other useless impurities automatically enter the dust removal system for filtration. To ensure that sandblasting operators have a sufficiently clear working view during sandblasting operations, this system is equipped with a high-efficiency cartridge dust collector.  It employs a scientific dust collection method, quickly drawing the dust generated during sandblasting into the dust collection pipes and filtering it through the high-efficiency dust collector, ensuring emissions meet national environmental protection requirements.
