Scraper Type Sandblasting Room

The steel grit recycling process in the sandblasting room is as follows: the steel grit falls onto the scraper conveyor in the pit, then enters the grit collection hopper above the screw conveyor, and is transported to the bucket elevator via the screw conveyor. After dust separation by the grit-dust separator, it is discharged into the grit storage bin. During sandblasting operations, grit is added to the sandblasting machine according to the sandblasting tank's requirements, allowing the cleaned steel grit to be continuously recycled.
The scraper conveyor consists of a cylinder, connecting rod, scraper, and rollers. It has a simple structure, is easy to install and maintain, is safe and reliable, has a long service life, and low maintenance costs. When the scraper conveyor is working, the cylinder pushes the scraper assembly, and the scraper pushes the abrasive forward one cylinder stroke under the action of the stopper. When the scraper returns to its original position, the scraper automatically lifts up and does not carry the abrasive back.
