The Welding and Assembly Conveyor Line is based on a high-precision conveying system and integrates welding and assembly workstations to complete the welding and assembly processes of metal components or parts. The entire line can utilize overhead conveying, ground rail conveying, or chain conveying methods, and can be flexibly adjusted according to product specifications and production rhythm. The system supports various welding processes, including resistance welding, spot welding, arc welding, and laser welding, and can also be configured with automatic bolt tightening, parts assembly, and quality inspection equipment to achieve integrated welding and assembly production.
The intelligent control system can monitor conveying speed, welding parameters, assembly processes, and production rhythm in real time, ensuring precise positioning and operational accuracy of workpieces at each process step. 1. Conveying System
