Workpieces to be cleaned must be impact-resistant castings and heat-treated parts. Applications include cleaning and finishing die-castings, precision castings, and precision forgings. They are also suitable for removing surface scale from heat-treated parts, castings, and forgings, strengthening springs, and rust removal and pre-treatment of fasteners. These machines cannot clean high-temperature workpieces or workpieces with burrs, as this will damage the crawler belt. Blasting Turbine:
This is the core component of the equipment, responsible for projecting shot at extremely high speeds onto the workpiece surface. High-performance shot blasters are made of wear-resistant materials and feature high blasting speeds, high cleaning efficiency, and long service life.
Blast Cabinet with Rubber or Steel Belt:
The blasting cabinet is equipped with a rubber or alloy steel belt, which carries the workpiece and automatically tumbles, effectively improving cleaning uniformity. Rubber belts are suitable for lightweight workpieces, while steel belts are suitable for heavier or hotter workpieces.
Elevator & Separator:
Post-blasting shot and debris are collected by the bottom of the belt and transported to the elevator. The separator then screens and processes the recovered shot, returning it to the storage hopper, improving resource utilization.
Dust Collection System:
Equipped with a bag or cartridge dust collector, it effectively captures dust generated during the cleaning process, ensuring a clean working environment and meeting environmental standards.

Electrical Control System:
A PLC or push-button control panel is used to implement automatic operation, timing control, and fault alarms, facilitating operation and maintenance.
