During the cleaning process, adjustable-speed conveyor rollers transport steel structures or products into the blasting zone within the cleaning chamber. Each surface is subjected to powerful, dense, and intensive projectiles from different coordinates, causing the scale, rust, and other contaminants to rapidly fall off, resulting in a smooth surface with a certain degree of roughness. Workpieces are loaded and unloaded on rollers on both sides of the cleaning chamber. Shots and rust dust that fall onto the steel are swept away by a purge device, and the separated, pure shot is recycled for shot blasting. Dust generated during shot blasting is conveyed by an exhaust duct to the dust removal system, where the purified air is discharged into the atmosphere.
